Case Study: JW Marriott
JW Marriott, a hallmark hospitality brand, needed help hiring more than 500 people in advance of the reopening of their completely reimagined hotel in the Miami metro area. With so much competition in the area, this would not be an easy feat under any circumstances. And just to make it more of a challenge, we were only given 45 days to do it!
But Brandemix loves a challenge. Through running a branded, highly targeted, well-thought out, multi-pronged recruitment campaign, paired with a personalized, high-touch candidate experience, we were not only able to succeed in our efforts, but added more than 5,000 additional names and contacts for their talent pipeline.
The campaign centered on scheduled in-person hiring events. Brandemix creative team built a branded event microsite that included employer branding, hiring event details, job opportunities and registration options. Our media strategists created target outreach that included text messaging and SMS reminders/ confirmations, digital advertising, social recruiting, and an employee referral component.
In addition we sent out relationship-building emails reminding people of all the benefits and rewards of attending the event, including the potential of receiving on-the-spot offers.
