As part of our ongoing partnership with the Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State, we supported a pivotal moment of transformation—when CP of NYS Metro Services evolved into CP Unlimited. The challenge was to develop a new name and brand that could support a long-term strategic vision without losing the trust of the community it had served for decades. The new identity needed to honor its deep commitment to individuals with Cerebral Palsy, while clearly signaling a broader, more inclusive future.
We crafted the name CP Unlimited and built a brand strategy that reflects the organization’s ambition to transform the delivery of portable services and provide creative, high-quality care for individuals with situational, intellectual, and developmental impairments. Alongside the new identity, we developed the vision, mission, and purpose statements, designed the website, and produced core materials including the annual report. The result is a confident, forward-looking brand that inspires staff, embraces diversity, and empowers everyone within the organization to lead with purpose—while remaining grounded in the values that have always defined CP of NYS.
Looking back, this work isn’t about individual projects—it’s about trust, evolution, and shared purpose over time. Few client relationships allow you to grow alongside the organization itself, adapting as their mission expands and their impact deepens. For more than 15 years, CP of NYS has challenged us to think bigger, lead with humanity, and design work that truly matters. As we close out our 20th year, this partnership stands as a reminder that the most meaningful work isn’t just what you create—it’s who you create it with, and the lives it helps move forward.
