Proko aimed to offer something different—something authentic. A space where recognition feels personal, stories are authentic, and company culture and job opportunities are shared through the voices of the people living it every day. Our task was to take that ambition and turn it into a brand, a product, a website, and a go-to-market engine.
We started by defining a brand identity that reflected Proko’s optimism and simplicity. The logo we developed feels modern, social, and human. The color palette and typography are intentionally warm and uplifting, making every touchpoint feel approachable and real. Everything—from the brand voice to the visual system—was built to encourage sharing, connection, and celebration.
The website became the central destination to explore what Proko is and how it works. We designed it to not only mirror the product visually but to function as a conversion engine for new business. The site introduces the concept, highlights key features like e-cards, polls, gamified recognition, and referral tracking, and offers a seamless experience for anyone looking to sign up or share. We built in an interest form, integrated a drip email campaign, and created explainer videos to help walk new users through Proko’s core tools.
We also supported all aspects of client setup, including platform configuration and custom graphics to ensure every launch felt fully branded and effortless.
To help launch the brand, we developed a go-to-market plan focused on building early momentum through storytelling and strategic outreach. At the center of this was a set of short, engaging videos designed to show—not just tell—how Proko works and why it matters. These videos were used across the website, social channels, and in targeted outbound campaigns. We paired that with a thoughtfully sequenced drip marketing campaign, guiding interested leads from awareness to action. Each email delivered value: one introduced the Proko concept, another showcased success stories, while others highlighted features like polls, customizable e-cards, and referral incentives.
We also saw an opportunity for Proko to offer a much-needed counterbalance to online review platforms, which often skew negative or don’t reflect the full spectrum of employee experience. With Proko, we helped create a channel that puts the power back in employees’ hands—giving them a voice to celebrate their teams, share positive moments, and amplify what makes their workplace special. It’s not about ignoring problems; it’s about making sure the good stuff doesn’t go unsaid.
