If you’ve been following along on our 20th year anniversary journey you’ve already been reading about the variety of great clients and “fun”tastic projects we’ve worked on. Now as I close out the year I am sharing one more, which is the longest running, and most varied story of all. Cerebral Palsy Associations of NYS.
Our work with them spans more than 15 years and covers a range of initiatives that align perfectly with our capabilities across branding, employer branding, recruitment marketing, research, internal communications, video production, consumer marketing, website development, training, employee engagement and even naming!

I MADE IT POSSIBLE
Our work began when The Cerebral Palsy Associations of NY reached out to Brandemix to help bring their new 5-year strategic vision to life. With 1,600 employees, many working offsite, the first challenge was to get everyone aligned and engaged around a shared mission. We knew that for the vision to truly take root, it had to start from within—so we created messaging around the campaign theme I Made it Possible. Through internal campaigns, giveaways, activation videos, and a series of internal initiatives to rally the team on the ground level we built a groundswell of support for the new strategic vision and the people who support the mission and exemplify the values at every level.
As Susan Lichtman, former Director of Human Resources, put it, “Brandemix was able to turn our strategic goals into a well-articulated presentation that connected every employee to our vision. Our new branding became the symbol of positive organizational change.”
